We have a personal trainer on site offering bespoke coaching and nutritional guidance to suit you. His diary is very full though so there may be a delay if you are interested in working with Steve!

We have two power racks, farmers walk bars, dumbbells up to 35kg, barbells, cable crossovers, lat pull down, seated row and various other total body strength equipment.
Sports Therapy
We have a sports therapist on site providing sports massage and rehabilitation.
