Welcome to the Round Of Gras. Open: 11am till 11pm all week

Uniquely called The Round of Gras since 1968 and the original home of the famous Asparagus auction, we take our Gras roots very seriously! Not only do we offer an extensive Asparagus food menu, but you’ll also find evidence of the Gras all around the pub. We pride our selves on our collection, from cutters tools from days gone by to intricate iron work woven into the fabric of the pub. We hope you savour the experience as much as the food.

Wednesday & Sunday Carvery Specials. Enjoy the Friendly Atmosphere & Service in our Dining Area featuring implements used in harvesting the Asparagus. Enjoy an intimate table for 2 or a larger table for that Family & Friends get-together. Dining Area Seats up to 80. Asparagus Specials Available April – June. Our Restaurant is also available for private functions with a choice of Buffet, Carvery or Menu of your choice.

During the week we offer our full Carvery with a choice of two meats for £7.95 or with a Pudding £9.95.

On a Sunday we offer a choice of three meats, one always being Topside of Beef and the others vary between Pork, Turkey and Lamb for £5.95, £8.95 or £11.50. Booking is highly recommended with the busiest time between 1-4pm.

Dietary Requirements
Vegetarians – we offer a choice of vegetarian meals which can be sent to the carvery where you can help yourself to as much veg as you like! Alternatively you can have the Carvery with vegetarian sausages and vegetarian gravy.

Gluten Free – when ordering your meals just state you would like a gluten free carvery and a homemade Yorkshire Pudding and gravy will be sent to your table. The Chef carving will make you aware of anything that contains gluten once at the Carvery.
