About Us
Welcome to the French Car Centre, we hope you find the contents both interesting and informative.

We are a new company started by three local men that believed they spotted a need for an independent French car specialist that offered main dealer service and facilities at small dealer prices, based in Cheltenham.

Market research indicated customers wanted to talk directly to experienced technicians that they could trust, be given the best, cost efficient options for repair, and be provided with Main Dealer facilities.

We encourage customers to call in or telephone us for a quotation on any repair or to discuss a problem. We are keen to help and will try to beat any genuine quote as we are aware of the tight economic climate and will try to help if at all possible.

Since opening in May 2010 a number of motorists have asked us whether we service and repair cars and vans other than French – the answer is yes – now a third of our turnover is from non French vehicles.

Extras
RAC Approved Garage
In 2013 we were appointed as Cheltenham’s only RAC Approved Garage for service and repair.

Recovery
If your car breaks down and you are not covered by any recovery service we can arrange recovery to ourselves.

Collection and Delivery
If you would like your car or van collecting and then delivering back then just say the word. We collect over a 20 mile radius of our base and this service is FREE OF CHARGE.

Courtesy Cars and Vans
We run a small fleet of courtesy cars and vans for our customers use. They can either be collected or we can deliver to your home or office. Again this is a FREE OF CHARGE SERVICE and includes insurance. You only pay for the fuel you use.

Lift to Work or Shops
If you need a lift just ask. We are within walking distance of Gallagher Retail Park with a huge selection of household name outlets – there are even 2 Marks and Spencers’. If you need a lift to work or into Cheltenham please ring us and we will be happy to collect you when your vehicle is ready.

Courtesy Valet
All cars booked for a service costing over £100 receive a complementary wash and vac.

Service/Repair/MOT While-U-Wait
Given notice we can then carry out the above while you wait. We have a warm, comfortable reception area with TV, WiFi, daily papers, magazines,tea,coffee – even biscuits!
